- We are excited to announce a brand-new and high-impact opportunity for a Content & Marketing Automation Specialist to join our team on a permanent basis at our vibrant Head Office on Fanshawe Street, Auckland.
As our Content Marketing Automation Specialist, you will lead the development and execution of end-to-end digital engagement strategies using advanced marketing automation systems. With a data-driven mindset and strong analytical skills, you will deliver high-impact engagement campaigns across the customer lifecycle to drive business outcomes for our B2B digital products.
Your expertise will also support marketing retargeting, website experience optimisation, and content creation to enhance customer journeys and achieve measurable results.
**Key Responsibilities Include**:
- Leverage technology, data, and creative content to drive brand engagement and customer loyalty.
- Develop and execute marketing automation strategies for personalised customer experiences.
- Lead campaign design, segmentation, and database management for marketing automation.
- Serve as the in-house expert on marketing automation.
- Work with designers to ensure industry-standard best practices in digital communications.
- Create and refine digital content tailored to audience journeys.
- Analyse campaign performance to deliver actionable insights.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Coordinate with IT, brand, digital, product, communications, and channel teams for strategic alignment.

Your energetic, hands-on approach and teamwork skills ensure you're always ready to help colleagues and build strong relationships.

- More than three years of expertise in content optimisation, publishing, and end-to-end management.
- Proficient in Salesforce, SAP, and comparable software platforms.
- Highly self-motivated and adept at managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Possesses a strong balance between strategic thinking and practical, hands-on execution.
- Experienced with AI and has an in-depth understanding of automation tools
- A team-oriented individual who contributes positively to group projects and helps create an engaging working environment.
