OCS Ltd is currently recruiting for a Contract manager to join their team Located in Christchurch - OCS is the leader in the Commercial Cleaning Sector. We pride ourselves on providing quality service and Account Management. Our services include commercial Cleaning and Facilities Services management.

We are looking for a Contract Manger to lead soft cleaning service operations within the Christchurch City Council Contract. Someone that can ensure a smooth service is delivered to all of our existing customers and exceed their expectations. You will be able to make strategic decisions with support provided by the Operations manager. A typical day would include overseeing cleaning operations and offering support and direction where required, problem-solving, manage operational costs, report on profit and loss and generate reports, meet with existing or new clients and undertake any other tasks as may be reasonably required to assist the company in achieving its business objectives over a 7-day operation.

We are a 24 hour a day 7 day a week operation. This role would have you working predominantly from 3pm until late.

**About You**
- Highly motivated with excellent communication skills
- At least 3-5 years of Operational Management experience
- Ability to add value to the organization
- A willingness to progress in your Career with OCS
- A sound knowledge of the region
- Energetic with the get up and go to bring your initiatives to fruition

- The ability to lead and manage multiple sites and cleaning teams
- Excellent attention to detail
- Organized and motivated individual who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and much in where required
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships

- Confident computer and mobile device user
- Well-presented and promotes a professional image of the Company

**Further Requirements**
- Full Clean NZ Drivers License.
- Must be able to pass and Maintain Ministry of Justice Checks and relevant Police and security checks
- Eligible to work in NZ on a full time basis
- 40 hours per week, we are a 7 day a week 24 hours a day business, excellent time management skills is essential for this position.

**IMPORTANT: You must be eligible to work in New Zealand on a permanent basis.
