You will also:

You’ll be a seasoned manager with experience leading large teams and a solid understanding of bituminous materials and asphalt mix designs. Our teams are made up of people from all levels of experience therefore you’ll be a confident communicator and understand the benefit of knowledge sharing and developing our people. You will also have:

- The ability to manage multiple complex jobs at one time and adaptable, making decisions on unexpected events
- Desirable to hold tertiary qualification engineering.
- Ideally you will possess a BE or NZCE qualification equivalent and or over 5 years project management/engineering experience in asphalt and or sealing operations.
- Previous experience in improving and maintaining communication in all forms with the client and with liaison with all stakeholders and the public.
- Bringing strong interpersonal skills - for all internal and external customers
