Working within a values-driven, tangata Tiriti organisation, you will play a pivotal role in shaping services that embed mātauranga Māori and Pasifika knowledge alongside evidence-based practice. Your leadership will ensure services remain culturally responsive, operationally strong, and true to the values of aroha, manaakitanga, whanaungatanga, and wairuatanga.

Operationally Strong – You're strategic, organised, and comfortable managing budgets, contracts, and service frameworks to ensure excellence in delivery.
