We are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to join our busy Hyster team.

Based in Wiri and reporting to the National Sales Manager, this role is critical to overseeing that all rental equipment out on contract is managed effectively, that fleet expenditure is minimised through effective contract management, and that each branch complies with company policy and procedures.

You will also:

- Own database management ensuring fleet assets correctly categorised & charged.
- Manage and uphold terms of rental agreement including any terms exceeded and negotiate outcomes.
- Liaise between sales managers and service teams to ensure mínimal down time and machine availability for on-hire.
- Manage pre-hire and de-hire processes to ensure all steps and financial obligations met.
- Deliver excellent customer experience.

This is a key role within our team and carries a significant amount of responsibility for the collection and delivery of information from several internal and external sources as well as report writing, financial responsibilities and people development.

**About you**
- Strong financial & commercial acumen
- Knowledge of general accounting/account balancing.
- Strong attention to detail & a solutions focused mindset.
- Experienced user of the Microsoft suite of programmes, Excel, Word, Outlook etc. Microsoft D365 desirable.
- Ability to develop and manage relationships with internal stakeholders and customers.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Above all, you will be a self-motivated leader player, who uses their initiative, manages their time effectively and consistently meets deadlines.
