**The Opportunity**

Are you the key link between our sales team, customers and other key partners?

This is a pivotal role where you will be the first point of contact for our customers. The support you provide will be varied; ranging from managing sales orders, working with vendors and freight forwarders to supporting our sales teams with quotes and customer support.

**The Fit**

This is a great opportunity for someone who likes to work in a fast - paced environment with customer satisfaction being at the forefront of what you do. You’ll need to be computer proficient in this role, customer focused, a good communicator, have good attention to detail and the ability to multitask. As part of a team you will need to be cool, calm and collected in all forms of contact including New Zealand and Australian 0800 phone lines support.

We require a highly organised team member who can work under strict deadlines, is not averse to change and is a lateral thinker with high attention to detail. You will have previous experience in customer service, order processing and Supply Chain knowledge is an advantage. Your numerical & systems ability and communication skills will be first class. Ideally, you’ll be familiar with SAP ERP/CRM, manufacturing and operations, and some knowledge of export logistics would be advantageous. More importantly you will bring a high degree of energy, flexibility, enthusiasm and commitment to learn.
