**Service Foods Hamilton team is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.**

This role is dedicated to achieving and exceeding sales targets while contributing to Service Foods' success and reputation. You will accomplish this by understanding customer needs, recommending ideal solutions, and fostering long-term partnerships within the food services and hospitality industry.
- Immediate Start
- ** Full-time permanent role** (up to 40 hours a week)
- ** Monday to Friday (2.30 pm to 11.15 pm)** Every 3rd Saturday (morning; 7.30 am to 12.00 pm)
- Location: Te Rapa, Hamilton

**The job**:

- Guide customers on product options and suggest additional items to enhance their order.
- Deliver top-notch customer support services, addressing inquiries promptly and effectively.
- Create detailed quotations and invoices with precision.
- Compile end-of-day reports to track sales and inventory.
- Coordinate backorders for timely fulfilment.
- Assist with various administrative tasks to maintain office efficiency.

**The person**:
The successful applicant will possess the following skills, qualities, and attributes:

- A great communicator with a friendly and confident phone manner
- Excellent English speaking, reading & writing skills, and reasonably good arithmetic skills
- Reliable transport
- Time management skills are necessary
- Attention to detail
- Prior NZ experience within this field will be an advantage but not essential.
- Knowledge of basic food ingredients is essential.
