**About the Role**:
We are on the lookout for a Customer Service Assistant for their Retail Service Centre. This is an office-based role and is based at their Hamilton Support/Service Centre, you will work within a fantastic close-knit team and play a vital role in the day-to-day running of the Service Centre.

**Some of your day-to-day tasks will include**:

- Organise and assist with booking jobs for technicians
- Respond to all client queries in a prompt and positive manner to resolve any problems that may arise
- Creating courier tickets and freight consignments
- Sorting out warranty and non-warranty issues with suppliers and the customer efficiently
- Order, receipt and count stock as required
- Assist with order and receipting stock, and the accurate ticketing and monitoring of products

**About You**:

- Experience in a similar Customer Service role is needed to hit the ground running, although they will provide training on their specific business processes and products
- Strong administration skills and ability to ‘spin many plates' at once
- Proven stock and inventory management experience
- You will have exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven customer resolution skills - you are a true problem solver
- Experience in a retail support office is preferential

**What you will be rewarded with**:

- $60-65k per annum (dependant on experience and tenure in the Customer Service field)
- Monday - Friday role
- 7.30am - 5pm working hours
- Busy & successful environment
