The company now needs a Customer Service Manager to review customer services and maintain sound customer relations.

**Responsibilities**
- developing and reviewing policies, programs and procedures concerning customer relations and goods and services provided
- providing direction and feedback to team members and assisting with recruitment
- managing, motivating and developing staff providing customer services
- planning and implementing after-sales services to follow up customer satisfaction, ensure performance of goods purchased, and modify and improve services provided
- liaising with other organisational units, service agents and customers to identify and respond to customer expectations

**Requirements**:

- A NZQF Level 5 Diploma or higher qualification, or 3 years work experience in the fields relevant to management/commerce/customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge in customer service management.
- Having strong skills in identifying customer needs and solving problems.

- Hourly rate: $32 to $42
- Standard hours: 40 per week
- Minimum hours: 30 per week
- This is full-time and permanent position
