**About the Role**

Due to continued growth, our Transmission & Distribution team is expanding, and we’re excited to welcome a **Graduate-level Engineer**to support a wide range of impactful projects across Aotearoa New Zealand and Australia.

**How you’ll make a difference**:
As a graduate project engineer, you'll be mentored by industry experts while gaining hands-on experience in the design and delivery of transmission line projects. You'll be involved in:

- Supporting the concept and detailed design of transmission lines using industry-standard tools such as PLS-CADD.
- Assisting with structural assessments and designs of towers and poles using Excel, PLS-TOWER, and PLS-POLE.
- Learning to design various foundation types, including grillage, direct-embed, and pile foundations.
- Contributing to design reports and project documentation.
- Participating in site visits and inspections to see your designs come to life.

**Qualifications**
- ** Bachelor’s Degree**:A recently completed or soon-to-be completed degree in Civil, Structural, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
- ** Graduate Year**: You must have completed your studies and have graduated before starting the program.
- ** Commencement**: You must be able to commence work by February 2026. We are open to mid-year finishers who are able to commence by July 2026.
- A strong interest in transmission line design and a desire to work in the energy infrastructure sector.
- Familiarity with design software (e.g., PLS-CADD) is a plus, but not essential - we’ll train you
- Excellent communication skills and a willingness to work as part of a collaborative team.
- A proactive, self-motivated mindset and a passion for solving real-world engineering challenges.
