Due to continued growth, our Transmission & Distribution team is expanding, and we’re excited to welcome a **Graduate-level Engineer**to support a wide range of impactful projects across Aotearoa New Zealand and Australia. **How you’ll make a difference**: As a graduate project engineer, you'll be mentored by industry experts while gaining hands-on experience in the design and delivery of transmission line projects. You'll be involved in: - Supporting the concept and detailed design of transmission lines using industry-standard tools such as PLS-CADD. - Assisting with structural assessments and designs of towers and poles using Excel, PLS-TOWER, and PLS-POLE. - Learning to design various foundation types, including grillage, direct-embed, and pile foundations. - Contributing to design reports and project documentation. - Participating in site visits and inspections to see your designs come to life. **Qualifications** The qualities that help you thrive**: We know not everyone has years of experience - that’s okay What matters most is your enthusiasm to learn and grow.
