We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to join our Information and Data Analytics team. This is an opportunity to join a supportive and collaborative team that is open to new ideas and ways of working.Te tūranga - The roleThis Executive Assistant role will be supporting the Assistant Governor information and Data Analytics. The Information, Data and Analytics Group is responsible for setting bank-wide information and data strategy, policy, developing processes for the collection, storage, and analysis of data to support evidence-based decision-making across the RBNZ. In this role you'll actively manage your senior leader's day to ensure it runs smoothly. This includes providing sound judgement and timeliness they can depend on, diary management, meeting and event management, internal and external communications, travel arrangements and budget support. The wider group has a Department Coordinator supporting them. These two roles work closely together to enable consistent high level support services. The Department Coordinator role has dotted reporting line to the Executive Assistant role. To view the position description click here. Ō pūkenga - About youTo be successful in this role you'll have:
Proven experience as an EA or PA to a senior leadership role
- Strong diary management skills
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- The ability to build effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
- The ability to maintain a high level of integrity and discretion - the ability to maintain confidentiality is a key requirement of the role
- Sound computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office Suite
- A strong team orientated approach and positive attitude to get the job done no matter how big or small
