Do you excel at resolving intricate technical problems through effective troubleshooting? We are seeking skilled Service Engineers to join us in providing excellent service. As a Service Engineer, you'll assist with diverse IT environments, occasionally on-site, offering desktop and engineering support. Your close client interaction emphasises exceptional communication and top-tier service. Your adeptness and professionalism enhance your technical proficiencies. **WHAT YOU'RE RESPONSIBLE FOR** - Provide technical support to clients through effective communication and problem-solving skills. - Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues remotely and on-site, ensuring swift issue resolution. - Onsite support across several clients (varying locations) - valid NZ driver’s license required. - Building and supporting end-user devices (PCs, laptops, thin clients, printers, mobiles, tablets). - Diagnosing faults / troubleshooting / problem solving. - Network /Windows desktop and Server support. - Building productive working relationships across a variety of colleagues, clients, and suppliers.
