Key Accountabilities
Equipment
Supervise the installation and commissioning of Sealed Air equipment
Maintain the services requirements and reporting of all installed Sealed Air equipment
Manage the emergency repairs to Sealed Air equipment
Control the spare parts stock and manage the service tool kits
Quality and Equipment Sales
Develop and maintain a customer service relationship with customers and service companies to expedite the service engineer function
Contribute to the development of new business and enhancing existing business
Conduct materials and equipment audits
Liaise with customers to ensure Sealed Air equipment is maintained in optimum condition
Equipment Systems
Provide an advisory service to customer equipment departments on Sealed Air equipment and services
Respond to and facilitate the resolution of customer concerns
Develop potential equipment sales
Administration
Prepare and submit customer call reports as requested
Customer invoicing for equipment and spare parts
Maintain all record systems relating to customers
Maintain Company assets and equipment in accordance with Company policy Qualifications
Current New Zealand Electrical registration
