As our primary point of contact for customers, you will provide timely resolutions for service-related issues and faults by troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving problems efficiently, escalating complex issues to System Engineers when necessary, and maintaining ownership and communication with customers throughout the resolution process.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Take ownership of faults and manage them logically
- Log incidents and faults, categorize, and prioritize them
- Conduct thorough diagnostics for first-point-of-contact fault resolution
- Ensure faults are progressed and cleared within SLA's
- Diagnose and resolve problems to customer satisfaction
- Develop and maintain knowledge and skills for first-time fault resolution
- Identify and escalate repeat issues or service risks
- Share knowledge with team colleagues
- Manage scheduled tasks for customers to ensure system operationality

**Skills and Experience**:

- Hands on MSP Experience
- Level 1.5/2 skill set of Azure AD, 365, and on-prem active directory
- Strong technical knowledge across various technologies
- User support and project delivery focus
- Proficient in Microsoft suite of products
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to articulate solutions clearly and confidently
- Self-motivated, resilient, and innovative
