Brand Development Lead - Auckland Central - Permanent - Architecture**

A design focused architecture practice with studios in Auckland, Nelson, Christchurch and Wellington.

**Your new role**

You will be tasked with the following:

- Develop marketing materials such as project sheets, CVs, marketing booklets
- Website maintenance, including being the lead for implementation of new designs, and content to optimise performance, engagement, and conversion across the website, and enhance user experience
- Assist with tenders and RFPs
- Assist the architectural team with renders and productions
- Lead the social media experience for customers by creating and maintaining content across platforms
- Assist with professional photography and video-making
- Partnering with and direct external creative partners
- Work with our directors to increase brand visibility through marketing channels, including direct marketing

**What you'll need to succeed**:

- 2 years + of professional visual design, web, and social media experience
- Well thought-out portfolio demonstrating visual design, website, social media and branding experience
- Qualification in Graphic Design and/or Marketing
- High level of proficiency with the Adobe suite of products
- Positive attitude and passion for developing the brand for an organisation
- Experience designing for a content management or marketing automation system (e.g. Later, Squarespace)
