**Company Description**:
Our Brand Specialist is a guardian of the Red Bull brand, ensuring that the brand is portrayed with impact and to our high standards across the marketplace, while understanding and gathering consumer insights and market research. No days at Red Bull are the same. Working closely with our Brand Manager, this role offers variety and exposure to all aspects of Brand Management, including research, advertising, branding, creative development, new products and packaging initiatives and brand projects.

**CONSUMER INSIGHTS AND MARKET RESEARCH**
- Turn data into compelling insights which are actionable and relevant, and ensure these insights are addressed through adequate ideas and plans.
- When focusing on the younger segment of the target group, monitor the consumer’s perception about brand and products in social media.
- Utilise this information to develop tailored marketing campaigns that resonate with younger audiences, driving awareness, brand loyalty and engagement.

**BRAND MANAGEMENT**
- Lead and contribute to marketing projects with a brand lens, providing input and guidance to on/off premise and trade marketing teams on key projects.
- Collaborate closely with the Brand Manager and International HQ Specialists to collate and share learnings, best practices, align plans, and provide the latest updates and insights.
- Initiate and participate in creative sessions to develop tactics and assess best practice case studies.
- Always have the “consumer” and “brand” eye in every project, ensuring we talk to the consumer in the most effective way with a strong focus on digital and social media, while ensuring that all the communication stays within the brand equity.
- Alongside the Brand Manager, oversee branded equipment to ensure stock is current and maintains a premium appearance.
- Support the Brand Manager with day-to-day administrative tasks, including invoicing, post-campaign reports, and internal communications.

**ADVERTISING AND CREATIVE**
- Create branding and through-the-line communication for specific marketing projects in strong collaboration with respective marketing functions.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the ideal advertising plan ensuring international and local learnings and the right country-specific level of digital and social components, and always with international best practices in mind.
- Support the Brand Manager in overseeing creative and media agencies to ensure strong working relationships, efficient campaign delivery, and world-class creative and media output.
- Assist in managing the media agency prudently to ensure a best possible value-for-money advertising plan.
- Annually review media planning and buying with the agency, alongside the Brand Manager and International Stakeholders, to refine and optimise strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Brand marketing skills, knowledge and experience, and experience managing B to C brand marketing campaigns (ideally from within FMCG).
- Ability to generate competitive and consumer insights and translate them into successful brand initiatives.
- Strong analytical ability and commercial acumen to understand media schedules, financial statements and market trends.
- Strong attention to detail, creative eye and written communication skills.
- Strong project management and interpersonal skill - be able to take the “driver seat” and lead internal & external stakeholders to deliver quality output within the timeline.
- High standard of integrity with a passion for the brand and commitment to Red Bull values with “Entrepreneurial” mindset.
- Knowledge of online and offline media landscape is preferred.
