**About the Role**:
The purpose of this role is to review and recalibrate the organisation's Brand journey as it transitions f to a true Community-based organisation.
Key responsibilities for the L&D Consultant will be:
- Work with agency and organisational leadership to further define and refine Brand Identity.
- Recalibrate and where appropriate continue the work that has started to
- develop differentiated positioning, voice, messaging and guidelines for the brand, and to create a sense of brand personality in the market.
- Developing a strategy for the brand, which includes defining its target audience, positioning, messaging, visual identity, and brand personality.
- Review the work that has been undertaken to create the brand's
visual components such as logo design, brand colours, typography, packaging, and other touchpoints and make recommendations and plans for the next steps.
- Create brand messaging that resonates with their clients.
- Review the work that was undertaken to identify and segment target
audiences.
- Create customer personas across different service
lines and design communication objectives for each persona.
- Review current data analytics on the brand's current online
and offline communication platforms, assessing the current
the situation, and develop metrics and analytics tracking to
evaluate how well the brand is performing across all
communication channels, pivot when needed and achieve the
set business goals and agendas. This should include ways to
measure the effectiveness of the new brand when launched.
- Develop and implement a short and longer-term plan to create
valuable, relevant, and consistent content that aligns with the
brand's messaging for various channels including web copy,
social media content, press releases, and branded assets.
- Support the Business Development function with compelling
communications collateral to support business growth.
- Develop and implement the communication channels that will
be used to reach customers, including public relations,
advertising, social media.
- Support the Head of Commercial to plan and allocate a budget to
maximise the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Review existing and establish new monitoring systems,
procedures, and listen to the stakeholders to respond to
comments, feedback, and inquiries to manage a positive brand
image and reputational management.
- Review and oversee the development of a website that aligns with
the brand's messaging and appeals to the target audience.
- Develop and implement a launch plan for each brand that
outlines the timing, messaging, and channel strategy, activities,
events and activations for the launch.
**About You**:
With a strong background leading brand development and similar comms
strategy projects, you will relish working in a highly collaborative and caring organisation, who are fun to work with.
Experience working within a community-based organisation, Healthcare and/or the Disability sector would be an advantage but it's not essential.
The ideal person will be able to commence the contract shortly, commit for 6-months, and be flexible if more time is needed.
