At the same time your interpersonal and negotiation prowess will be first-rate with proven ability to identify problem areas and propose solutions. Key Responsibilities Are: - Providing a central co-ordination of MIT's timetabling to ensure MIT's resources are being used as efficiently as possible - Ensuring effective rooms/spaces/resource allocation according to established criteria relating to timing, group size frequency, furniture, equipment, and specialist use - Data analysis and problem-solving using logic and sourcing additional information to make considered sustainable solutions - Creating and maintaining reports and managing the integrity of the data in the timetabling system. **Ahurea - Anga fakafonua** - **Culture**: At MIT you will work with some incredible people who are passionate about the positive impact we make to the communities we serve.
