An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Networking Quote Desk team to provide networking product quotes and solutions to our customers, on behalf of some of our leading Networking /Security Vendors. This role requires accurate and timely completion of quotes, while continuing daily, to expand and grow your technical knowledge base and complete relevant supporting certifications.

Based on the North Shore, you will become part of the wider Quote Desk and Inside Sales team, working collaboratively with our Sales, Product Management and Solutions Architect Associates to drive business and close opportunities that mutually support our Vendor's and IMNZ.

You will be passionate about Networking technologies and delivering quality based solutions for customers to support them in their future business activities.

**About the role**:

- Advising on and providing solutions and quotations to customers for all Networking & Security products from all current IMNZ Vendor brands
- Identifying opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell
- Providing all quotes at 100% technical accuracy and in a timely manner
- Liaising with internal and external customers

**About You**:

- Have had a minimum 2 years' experience in the IT industry
- Exceptional customer service, organisational and negotiation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A sales focus for up-selling and cross-selling with an ability to close sales
- A high attention to detail and capable of working under pressure
- Certifications in networking, server/storage and/or licensing, would be an advantage
- SAP knowledge desirable, but is not essential
