**What does the Service Desk Analyst do?**
Our Service Desk Analyst are the face of and a source of knowledge of all things IT Providing 1st level through to level 3 support to our customers, both internal and external. They ensure prompt resolution of incidents and service requests; manage calls/requests from initiation through to resolution, escalating when required, and ensuring the end user is kept well informed along the way. Excellent communication skills are vital
Our Service Desk Analyst work with our associates across New Zealand as well as systems support experts in Australia and France other countries. Travel to some local Corys locations maybe be needed from time to time.

Your prior experience in IT/Technical support role, along with your proven ability in troubleshooting computer problems will get you off to a flying start, but it’s your ability to work efficiently, accurately and as part of a team that will see you succeed in this role. You will know how to adapt your approach for different customers, and consistently put your best foot forward when representing the business.
Experience in a trade environment will get you off to a flying start, but it is not essential.
