An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Server Quote Desk team to provide complex server quotes and solutions to our customers, for one of our leading vendor's - HP Enterprise.

Based on the North Shore, you will become part of the wider Quote Desk and Inside Sales team, working collaboratively with our Sales, Product Management and Solutions Architect associates to drive business and close opportunities that mutually support HPE and IMNZ.

You will be passionate about Server technologies and delivering quality based solutions for customers to support them in their future business activities.

**About the role**:

- Advising on and providing server quotes & solutions to customers
- Identifying opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell
- Providing all quotes at 100% technical accuracy and in a timely manner
- Liaising with internal and external customers

**About You**:

- A minimum of 2 years' experience in the IT industry
- Proven customer service, numerical and sales skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A sales focus to up-sell and cross-sell business opportunities
- High attention to detail and an ability to work under pressure
- Certifications in server or storage, networking and/or licensing, would be an advantage
- SAP knowledge is desirable but is not essential
