Our client is a well known organisation in the transport industry and they have a new opportunity for an HRIS Analyst to join their team
**Your new role**
As the go-to person for their HRIS, SAP Success Factors, this role will be responsible for:
- Management and data integrity of the organisations HRIS
- Systems administration
- Simplifying and standardising HRIS processes and systems
- HR metrics and reporting
- Partnering with the wider HR team on organisational objectives
**What you'll need to succeed**
With experience of SAP Success Factors, you'll have 3+ years experience in an HR reporting and analytical role with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
You'll enjoy a role where you'll be the expert in your field and will enjoy working within a wider team environment with excellent communication and relationship building skills.
