There will be a balanced mix of working with the tech and engaging with our broader People Branch team and the organisation. With your excellent communication and time management skills, you will have the ability to make the most of your business knowledge and analytical skills to drive improvements and truly add value to our team and organisation.Your day to day will be:
- Managing and supporting daily, weekly and monthly report production
- Providing day to day support for the team
- Undertake ad-hoc data extraction, analysis and report production
- Various project work as required
- Maintaining strong working relationships across our business
- Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel
- Experience as an HR Data Analyst, Business Analyst or similar
- Experience with an HRIS
- Proven experience developing and refining HR-related reporting
- Curiosity about how things work and will look for opportunities to make things better and more efficient for our team, and wider organisation
- Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communications, and collaborative approach
- Responsive and proactive in all you do
