As Operations Support Manager, you will lead our administration, reception, and acute demand coordination teams, ensuring our systems, people, and processes operate at their best. You will spot patterns early, make sound calls under pressure, and bring clarity when things are complex.
This is a senior role, with operational responsibility and leadership across the service. You will work alongside and support our clinical leaders to keep our 24/7 service steady, focused, and delivering at its best.

- Build and refine systems that keep care moving efficiently
- Drive operational improvement and reliability across services
- Anticipate and manage risk with calm, informed judgement
- Participate in the on-call roster and escalate appropriately to senior leadership
- Strengthen collaboration across Pegasus Health and with external partners
