We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the business, while being based in Christchurch.

  • Excellent organisational and administrative abilities.
  • A high level of professionalism and confidence in decision-making.
  • Ability to mentor, guide, and develop team members.
  • Tight-knit team: we work closely, back each other, and support each other when needed.
  • Freedom & flexibility: not a desk-bound 9–5; we respect life outside work.
  • Fast-paced variety: no two days the same; you'll be out and about a lot.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's in Business or related field is preferred
  • Experience leading teams and managing day-to-day operations.
  • Clear written & verbal comms; confident handling conflict and service recovery.
  • Sharp operational judgement; calm under pressure; great prioritisation and follow-through.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 – $40.00 per hour
