THE ROLE: The Operations Manager will inspire team members, nurture relationships internally as well as with our customers and provide day to day leadership and management for the Christchurch branch. The overall focus of the role is to be responsible for the ongoing monitoring, management and performance of the business operation. This will include staff training requirements, warehousing of parts, inventory management, quality control while ensuring all operational, sales and financial targets are achieved. You'll be part of a collaborative and motivated team, joining the business in a key leadership role, to assist them on their exciting growth trajectory.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

- Experienced Operations Manager with demonstrated ability to lead
- Ability to think outside the box
- Sound time management skills with the ability to track others
- Strong leadership skills
- Set goals, standards and expectations of quality control and work performance for staff
- Must possess a recognised qualification in management or a related field or have relevant work experience in this area
- Ensure the HSW Act 2015 is adhered to
- Clean Drivers Licence
- New Zealand residency
