Water Quality Team Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and lead the water quality team to ensure that they are delivering high quality water in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the development and implementation of water quality management plans, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure that the water quality team is equipped with the necessary tools and resources to conduct water quality tests and analyses.
- Monitor and evaluate water quality data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to the water quality team on water treatment processes, chemical dosing, and equipment maintenance.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that water quality issues are addressed in a timely and effective manner.
- Manage the water quality team's budget and resources to ensure that they are being utilized efficiently and effectively.
- Ensure that the water quality team is complying with all health and safety regulations.

About You:

- Bachelor's degree in environmental science, Chemistry, Biology, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of leadership and water quality experience
- Knowledge of water treatment processes, chemical dosing, and equipment maintenance
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Ability to analyse and interpret data.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other departments.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong commitment to health and safety
