**About the job**:
Reporting to the National Bid Manager, you'll join an experienced and supportive team with a track record of successfully winning and securing work through tendered and negotiated contracts. Your role will involve:

- Lead the writing of bids: Generate and produce high-quality bid attributes, presentations, capability statements and client content.
- Persuasive Content creation: Develop and review tender content to align with client tender proposals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with business development, marketing, digital and operations teams to develop, manage, and enhance various marketing, technical, and bid materials for our clients and their tendering processes.
- Content accuracy: Ensure all bid submissions undergo a thorough approval process, verifying that all content is accurate, complete, and ready for release.
- Understand User Needs: Engage with internal teams and stakeholders to fully understand their information and functional requirements.
- Manage the attribute library: Maintain and continuously improve the attribute library, ensuring it reflects the highest standards of quality and relevance. Keep all attribute documentation attributes updated and relevant.

**What you’ll need**:

- Ideally, a bachelor's degree in professional writing, communications, marketing or a related field.
- We are looking for someone with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in bid writing.
- Experience bid writing within the Water or Infrastructure sector is preferred.
- Familiarity with local government tendering processes would be advantageous.
- Experience delivering high quality content under pressure to meet deadlines, is a must
