**Logistics & Costing Controller**

This exciting **Contract Logistics & Costing Controller** role will involve Vehicle import costing and Invoice processing, Process improvement and be key to helping implement the new ERP system at the company.

The role will be an integral part of the overall ecosystem of teams within Hyundai NZ.

Working closely with the parts, warehouse logistics, vehicles, finance, IT and ERP project teams.

You will streamline and strengthen processes within the company, play a key role in the implementation of a new ERP system and be a key point of contact for many teams within the organization.

**Role Specifics**
- You will be the point of contact for Suppliers, Factory, Freight Forwarders, Customers and Warehouse for shipment notifications and communications, stock discrepancies, receipting and paperwork
- Receipting and reconciliation of freight costs and paperwork, ensuring accurate costs between air and sea freight.
- You will liaise with IT team about system sync issues between Accounting and Warehouse systems and finding solutions for any issues identified.
- You will be the key user for import costing - costing vehicles efficiently and accurately, imputing into spreadsheets and uploading into ERP system.
- Invoice reconciliation to master costing, escalating and communicating discrepancies, communicating with vehicles team for invoicing.
- Involving current ERP processes in new ERP system, making sure that new processes within ERP system meet internal policies and guidelines

**About you**
- You will have experience in processing and reviewing financial transactions
- Automotive knowledge or experience is an advantage
- You will be a great communicator, and able to communicate well with different groups of people
- Tech and System Savvy, you will be an advanced user of the Microsoft suite and able to understand ERP, Warehousing and external supplier systems.
- Good written and verbal skills
- You will demonstrate initiative, attention to detail and problem solving - you will streamline processes, follow up and resolve issues, and find new or alternative solutions
