Programme Advisor - Transformation Office

Opportunity to contribute to an exciting transformation journey for MSD
MSD's Transformation Office is responsible for leading the strategic management of MSD's overall work programme, which includes Te Pae Tawhiti Transformation Programme (future direction) and the Integrated Work Programme (current and ongoing change initiatives).
The functions of the Transformation Office include planning, and reporting, controls management, assurance, governance coordination, benefits and value management, and investment advice to governance.

Te āhua o te tūranga / About the role
This role will have a specific focus on enterprise planning, processes and tools.
The Programme Advisor role supports the efficient and effective management and delivery of MSD's work programme, helping to establish and improve frameworks and processes to ensure its smooth and effective operation. Your experience and knowledge will enable the Transformation Office to ensure MSD applies a consistent approach to how we prioritise, plan, deliver on and monitor/report its programmes of work.

We are looking for a Programme Advisor who can hit the ground running, with proven experience in building stakeholder relationships and working in a collaborative team environment.
- The ability to assist with design and implementation of Transformation Office frameworks and processes
- An understanding of how to create and maintain dashboards and reports
- Have efficient organisation, communication & facilitation skills
- The willingness to design and maintain the online presence, ensuring people have easy access to playbooks and user guides
- An understanding of varied programme/project methodologies, tools and principles including Agile

Experience engaging with a range of stakeholders in a customer-centric and efficient manner, along with your organisational skills and ability to prioritise work will ensure your success in this role.

Position Description

**Salary range**: $75,943.00 - $91,931.00
