**About the Role**:
We are seeking a Change Specialist for a 12-month fixed term period to join our supportive and collaborative team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering project-level change management activities, ensuring they are seamlessly integrated into the broader programme approach. You will work closely with project managers, business leaders, and the Communications Manager to support stakeholder engagement, adoption, and readiness
**Key responsibilities include**:
- Developing and executing change plans for assigned projects.
- Assessing business impacts and leading stakeholder engagement.
- Coordinating training, readiness, and adoption activities.
- Supporting go-live, embedding change, and smooth handover to BAU.
- Tracking change risks and issues in collaboration with project managers.
- Gathering feedback and embedding lessons learned into practice.
**About You**:
You are a proactive and hands-on change practitioner with a passion for enabling people through change. You thrive in dynamic environments and are comfortable balancing multiple projects and priorities. Your strength lies in stakeholder engagement, adoption support, and making change practical and achievable.
In addition, you will bring:
- Proven experience in project-level change management.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines.
- A practical, outcomes-focused mindset with a strong adoption lens.
- Experience working within multi-project or programme environments.
- Knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR).
- Experience facilitating workshops and engagement sessions.
