**What you will do**:
You will engage and educate business stakeholders, suppliers, and support centre staff about key changes to retail operations. It's not just about introducing changes; it's about ensuring everyone is on board and understands these changes.
Facilitate the introduction of new processes to meet New Zealand regulatory requirements. This isn't just about ticking a box - it's about ensuring a comprehensive understanding and seamless transition for all involved.

**Skills and experience we are looking for**:

- Superior stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Can you connect, educate, and persuade?
- Ability to create and execute strong change management planning.
- Experience in projects that require both technology and process changes.
- The flair for robust education and consultation. It's one thing to bring change; it's another to ensure everyone's on board.
