We’re on the hunt for a fantastic Change Manager to join our client, contributing to a significant, transformational program of work. This role is a great opportunity for someone looking to really get stuck in, working in an essential industry.

**What you will do**:
This role will provide you with a variety of responsibilities and exciting challenges. Specific duties include but are not limited to:
- Supporting a significant programme of work transforming an existing partnership programme within the business.
- Aligning to the established change management strategy, ensuring coordination with the Programme streams of work.
- Working with the programme and project teams, and stakeholders across the business to plan and execute change management and communication activities to support substantial process, and behavioural change impact.
- Facilitation and support of Business Process Owners, providing change leadership, ensuring adequate involvement and informed decision making within a practical structure.
**Skills and experience we are looking for**:
To be consider for this role you will be an experienced Change Manager with the following skills:
- Change Management qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial experience, and exposure to enterprise environments
- Experience developing and delivering effective communication and change plans
- Ability to rapidly adapt and respond to changes in priorities and environments
- Strong stakeholder management and engagement skills
