As our newest System Administrator - ServiceNow based in Wellington, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing our ServiceNow platform to drive business outcomes. This is a busy and critical role offering a dynamic blend of platform administration, configuration, security, and user enablement.

In this role you'll be responsible for system upgrades, patching, access control, and ensuring seamless integration between ServiceNow and other systems. In this exciting opportunity to build your career with ServiceNow, you'll collaborate with developers, testers, and vendors to drive platform improvements and support best practice.

Here's what you will bring to the role:

- Prior experience or certification with ServiceNow, such as platform administration, ongoing operations, and maintenance of the environment.
- Prior experience in a system administration (or similar) role in a technical environment
- Ideally, prior experience working in a continuous delivery (agile) environment
- Experience coordinating with cross functional teams, including strong communication skills and a willingness to get involved
- Familiarity with the SDLC and release management, test automation, and deployment, either through prior experience or certification
- Flexibility - Some occasional after-hours work may be required to support production, but you'll be well-supported by a knowledgeable team.
