Are you an ambitious Systems Administrator looking to take your career to the next level? Great role for an emerging Junior/Intermediate level Systems Administrator with a couple of years under your belt.

**What you will do**:This is a great opportunity for someone with a technical support background looking for their next challenge. This role will not see you bored behind the desk or in a server room, but representing our client at customer data center locations making sure that they have the Infrastructure, ICT systems and support required to perform their duties.

As a Junior System Administrator you will work directly with the Senior Systems Engineer, Administrators and wider IT team to provide onsite solutions for end-users. You will constantly be seeking ways to improve the overall customer experience by providing high quality and timely resolution of any hardware, software or infrastructure issues while maintaining system availability in a mission critical environment.

**Skills and experience we are looking for**:

- At least 2 years' experience in a similar role managing Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and Networking
- Understanding of Network Fundamentals including Network Protocols
- Experience working in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment would be an advantage
- Hands on experience and knowledge of IT hardware and software deployment
- High level of independence and strong customer service focus
- Demonstrated organisational skills to keep track of all tasks
- Exposure to Microsoft SQL or Oracle would be advantageous
- Knowledge of PowerShell or other scripting language also beneficial
- Strong customer service focus and communication skills (written and verbal)
