**Senior People Advisor - Wellington**

As Senior People Advisor working in the People Advisory team you'll bring well-developed skills and experience as an HR generalist to this large, public sector organisation that provides essential services across New Zealand.

You'll enjoy the variety of working across a range of interesting portfolios, and provide expert advice to senior leader across employment relations,, change management, organisational development, workplace planning, remuneration as well as lead HR projects.

**About you**

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Experience working at a Senior Advisor level providing generalist HR advice to leaders
- 5+ years' generalist HR experience, ideally across a wide range of organisations including the public sector
- Experience managing a range of Employment Relations issues independently
- Tthe ability to support organisational change projects
- Love working in collaborative teams, where you can showcase your agility.
- Have strong interpersonal skills including the ability to coach and advise effectively.
- Be able to develop relationships and working closely with both internal and external stakeholders
