to join our enthusiastic and high performing Produce Team at Brookfield New World.

As the Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of our Produce department, leading your team to be top performers and highly customer focused. You'll contribute to delivering a positive shopping experience for our customers while ensuring operational excellence in the Produce Department.

We are seeking an individual who is committed to excellence and is passionate about the work they do. They will possess great leadership and people skills and will have strong organisational and communication skills. Their presentation standards will be to a high level and they will have an excellent work ethic.

If successful they will be responsible for
- Ensuring a consistently fresh and appealing shopping experience for all customers, product range
- Managing and leading the department
- Training and development of team
- Providing a safe work environment and safe food for sale
- Monitor and support financial performance of the department
- Monitor team members to ensure service and productivity levels are maintained

- Awareness of all requirements regarding Food Safety Practices and be able to lead and ensure Health and Safety and Food Safety compliance within the Department.
- Strong communication skills.
- A proven work ethic, be results driven and computer savvy
- Previous SAP experience
