**About**the opportunity**

We're looking for a **Market Manager**to lead our fresh produce sales and operations team, based in Tauranga with oversight of our remote Hamilton sales team. This role is tasked with driving sales growth, maintaining strong customer and grower relationships, and achieving operational excellence. Key responsibilities include:

- Lead and develop a high-performing, customer-centric sales & operations team
- Maintain strong, trusted relationships with customers and growers
- Maximise sales and revenue to expand market share and achieve profitable growth
- Develop forecasts and supply programmes that align with customer demand
- Implement operational initiatives to optimise site efficiency and performance
- Collaborate with T&G Fresh's Key Account & Marketing teams to build effective account plans
