About the Role
We're looking for a
Digital Marketing Account Manager
who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and can confidently manage multiple clients and campaigns. You'll be the key link between clients and our internal team - shaping strategies, managing timelines, and ensuring high-quality delivery across Meta, Google, and other platforms.
You'll need to think strategically, stay organised, embrace AI tools, and bring creative energy to every project.
Applicant must be located in Tauranga or Auckland.
Key Responsibilities
Client Campaign Strategy & Management
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, developing tailored strategies that align with their goals.
- Create, brief, and manage marketing campaigns across
Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and YouTube
. - Present strategy decks, performance reports, and recommendations in a way that clients actually understand.
Project Coordination & Task Management
- Use
ClickUp
(or similar project tools) to manage team workflows and ensure projects stay on track and on time. - Delegate tasks, monitor deadlines, and keep everyone aligned on campaign milestones and deliverables.
- Prioritise and manage competing client needs — juggling tasks without dropping the ball.
AI-Enhanced Marketing & Content Creation
- Leverage tools like
ChatGPT
,
Canva AI
, and others to streamline campaign ideation, copywriting, and asset generation.
Creative Oversight & Contribution
- Collaborate with creatives on copy, visuals, and campaign concepts.
- Use
Canva
to produce or tweak visual assets for social media, web, or paid campaigns. - (Bonus) Help with basic video editing using
Adobe tools
,
CapCut
, or AI editors like
Descript
or
Opus Clip
.

- Organisation & Prioritisation:
You're highly organised, thrive under pressure, and know how to keep multiple plates spinning. - Digital Campaign Experience:
You've worked across
Google Ads
,
Meta Ads
, and other platforms with confidence. - Client Communication:
Clear, confident, and proactive in managing expectations, feedback, and outcomes.
Creative Mindset
- Able to spot or shape compelling creative angles.
- Know what performs on TikTok vs Instagram vs YouTube Shorts.
- Comfortable using Canva and (ideally) light video editing tools.
