The only thing stopping us is needing more people That's where you come in, are you up for the challenge? **About the role** As General Manager People & Culture and a member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will be responsible for the People & Culture function, putting in place strategic initiatives to improve retention and turnover. Coaching and mentoring direct reports as well as providing relevant reports and guidance to the SLT. The role includes managing, overseeing, and getting involved in the day-to-day operations of HR.
