- Due to ongoing growth, we are looking for a GM (Billing) to lead the strategic, commercial, and product oversight across our Subscription and Billing domain within Xero._

As the GM (Billing), you will ensure there is a clear roadmap for the evolution and growth of the Billing platform that is aligned to the Xero strategy. You will work closely with our internal stakeholders to align on our customer requirements and drive the execution of key programmes, projects and operational growth. Having an excellent relationship and sound communication skills with a wider array of global stakeholders is fundamental for this role as is building empathy for and understanding of your users, customers, and their markets.

**What you’ll do**:

- Develop and deliver the Xero Subscription and Billing strategy, working to key priorities and outcomes with the EGM Platform Technology, Product Managers, and internal stakeholders
- Build on your proven experience in leading product managers and people leaders to form high-performing team using agile and product management methodologies
- Work closely with the GM Engineering to develop a global resourcing model to support the delivery and operational growth of Subscription and Billing domain
- With your excellent stakeholder management skills you will act as the bridge between technical and business worlds by providing clear, concise communication, planning and ceremonies
- Contribute to the improvement of Xero’s product leadership and delivery capability by lifting the bar on how we do things.
