As GM Transformation - Data Services, you'll play a key role in advancing our data transformation efforts, driving strong collaboration across the bank, and influencing change at an enterprise level. We’re looking for an individual that brings a combination of strategic thinking, EQ-driven leadership, and a track record of successfully delivering complex data transformation programmes. This is a unique opportunity to lead data transformation at Kiwibank, delivering on our purpose of Kiwi making Kiwi better off.

- Proven track record of leading complex data transformation programmes with understanding across data strategy, data products, data platforms, governance and analytics.
- Inspirational leadership skills with the ability to effectively communicate vision and purpose whilst developing an engaging and enjoyable team culture.
- Significant experience in leadership roles, ideally in product, distribution, or delivery within financial services or similar industries with complex product and technology platforms.
- Extensive experience in leading cross-functional delivery teams for large-scale transformation programmes that include both technology and business change.
- A proven track record in project management, process improvement, and risk management, delivering results in resource-constrained environments.
- Commercial acumen with a deep understanding of financial and operational management.
- Proficiency in analyzing data, developing insights, and making data-driven decisions to achieve desired outcomes.
- Expertise in Agile project methodologies, with the ability to drive high-performance and collaborative team cultures.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships in a fast-paced and complex environment.
