In this role, you will be placed into Aged Care facilities in the Tauranga Region covering when the client is short staffed and needs an extra set of hands.

**About Geneva Healthcare**

Due to increased demand from our clients, we are currently recruiting Aged Care Caregivers to cover regular shifts in Tauranga, with an immediate start.

**About the Role**

In this role, you will be placed into Aged Care facilities in the Tauranga Region covering when the client is short staffed and needs an extra set of hands.

**Typical Duties**
- Assisting patients with all activities of daily living, including personal cares and nutritional intake.
- You must be committed to promoting the multidisciplinary team approach as well as following/implementing local policies and procedures.

**Skills & Experience**
- A minimum of six months recent caregiving experience is essential
- Proficiency using hoists and other manual handling equipment
- Strong communication skills

**Geneva Healthcare is a preferred provider of temporary nurses to Aged Care facilities all over the Tauranga region.**
