We have a rare and exciting opportunity for an Operations Manager at OCS

You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our Tauranga region, and the achievements of sales targets and account management activities versus our contractual obligations.

Your focus will be to manage and motivate the team and provide leadership towards achievement of satisfied customers and our earning potential at each site.

You will receive a company vehicle, other benefits, and on-the-job training, not to mention a fantastic supportive team. After all you are a go-getter, results-driver, an excellent communicator and relationship-builder and above all your focus on delivery of great customer outcomes, health and safety and leadership are second to none.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in sales and account management
- Experience managing frontline and supervisory teams
- A Full and clean NZ drivers license
- Be able to pass various security checks as needed; including Police and Ministry of Justice

You ideally come from a managed facilities, cleaning, or hospitality background with 3+ years of Managerial experience.
