Our Penrose head office is seeking a friendly and professional Customer Care Specialist to work alongside our National Account Management team to provide extra support to our most valued customers.

**This is permanent full-time position, working Monday to Friday during standard business hours.**

**About The Role**:
We work in a fluid environment, requiring you to have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, especially on the phone. You will have the ability to remain calm under pressure, be self-motivated and take ownership for issues and seek a resolution. In this role, you will confidently handle customer and account manager queries with your solutions focused approach to a high level of professionalism and accuracy. With your aptitude and willingness to collaborate with other employees and contractors, you will be the perfect addition to our support team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Data entry of misdirected and undeliverable freight
- Prepare and issue reports as required by customers
- General administrative tasks

**You will have the following key attributes**:

- Results driven with a friendly attitude and empathy
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Works well under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to establish rapport with customers and contractors
- Natural problem-solving capabilities

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Computer/ tech literacy and passion to learn new systems
- Your ability to be empathic whilst solution focused
- A team player that has a strong desire to make a real difference
