**It’s fun to work at the YMCA**
We are looking for a Customer Care Specialist to join our team based at YMCA - Lagoon Pools located in Auckland. The role is PART TIME for 20 hours per week.
**What will you be doing?**
- You will handling all reception services and customer queries
- Retail, YMCA programmes and membership sales.
- Till reconciliation, data entry, customer enrolments, memberships, bookings, etc
- General administration
- Create a welcoming and friendly environment

**What experience/skills do you need?**
- Minimum 12 months Customer Care experience
- Computer Savvy and competent in Microsoft Office products
- Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written
