We are currently looking for a passionate individual to join our Puhoi Valley Cheese Site as the Engineering Administrator. This dynamic role will have you responsible as an integral member of the Engineering and Operations team at Puhoi. Contributing to our high-performing Engineering team and team culture within Operations through planning and allocating tasks (both PM and improvement) to the appropriate trades team within desired timeframes, to specification and on budget.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Management of engineering spare parts and consumables
- Administration duties including purchase orders, invoice queries and record keeping
- Health and Safety duties on site
- All data entered into the sites Work Order and Planned Maintenance Systems
- Preparation of financial, maintenance and management reporting systems
- Create and review Engineering related SOP's, Compliance Registers and Manuals

About You
- Proven experience in an administrative role with high attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to negotiate with stakeholders
- Previous experience in an FMCG, Engineering or manufacturing environment is highly desirable
- Computer literacy - experience with ERP systems such as - CMMS, MEX or SAP maintenance is a bonus that will set you apart
- An understanding of health and safety in the workplace is essential
