As a Project Engineer, you are responsible for all engineering matters relating to the safe, efficient and productive delivery of works, including skilled engineering activities and for leading and being a role model to a team.

In addition to the above you will:
- Accountable for the day to day running of the project site and progress of works- Documentation required for project records and administration is completed accurately and within required time frames- Schedule works, procure contractor services and provide technical expertise as needed

We’re looking for someone with:
- Relevant tertiary level qualifications/Bachelor or Engineering- Have ideally 5+ years’ experience in project delivery across mid to large-scale roading projects in the Civil/ Construction sector and of the contracting business- Full class 1 driver’s license- Working knowledge of current & relevant legislation- Knowledge of underlying engineering principles that represent good practice with NZ Civil
