Our exceptional people see everything as an opportunity and are always striving to make more from milk. Right now, we are looking for a Quality Standards Specialist to join our busy team.

You will ensure continuous quality improvements feed into and complement our internal audit process and will drive improvements through change management process. This includes assisting Quality Managers with regulatory, market driven and customer requirements and supplying documented standards to assist with initiatives to improve adherence to regulations.

To be considered you should have;
**Qualifications**
- Relevant qualification in dairy processing such as Dairy Diploma would be seen as an advantage
- Formal qualification in English writing, Communication, or Sociology would be desirable
- Formal qualification in auditing would be an advantage

**Experience**
- Experience in writing clear and concise Food Safety and Quality Standards for dairy or food industry
- Previous experience working within the New Zealand dairy industry regulatory framework is essential
- Experience in SharePoint, Vision or other Quality Systems Tools.
- Experience in Audits.
- Experience in dairy manufacturing or other food environment is highly desirable.
